This is the factual recounting of evidence amassed since October 27th, 2005, the day pure Hell with Ken Adachi of educate-yourself.org began...the day the man himself received my money order for $435.00, and he still hasn't delivered anything, well over 6 months (ONE HALF OF A YEAR, folks!!) later!

Hey Ken,

My name is Josh Lamey, and I have previously ordered
from you. Recently, I found an e-mail from you in my
old e-mail account, referencing a mis-calculation of
$5.

I would like to apologize, first of all, for having
never sent it to you; looking at my records, I can't
find it.

I would like to make up the monetary difference by
donating an extra $15, on top of my order (below).
Hopefully, this will more than offset the interest
over a few years on $5.

With the technology as it is, I can order an official
check sent to you from my bank, and I was wondering if
that route is viable (it can be delivered with no
delivery confirmation). I have no problem doing the
money order route, otherwise.

My address (there's a big CB out back, and Sylphs
frequent these parts):

[address removed]

My order:

2 x silver terminator = 2 x ($170) = $340

2 x wall transformer power supply = 2 x ($35) = $70

Subtotal = $410

Extra donation = $15 --> $425

Shipping =

Thank you in advance. I apologize for any
inconvenience I might have caused.

Sincerely,

Josh Lamey

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your order.

That's two Silver Terminators with DC power paks = $170 + $35 = $205 x 2 = $410 + $8 Priority shipping with delivery confirmation + $418 payable to "K. Adachi" with a US postal money order (no other) and sent to

PO Box 3046
Costa Mesa, CA 92628

Do NOT include my address or your address on the money order. Identify yourself as "Josh L" .only on the money order and mark "donation" in the COD line below the address line.

Include this note with your donation.

Regards, Ken

On October 17th, I bought and sent my money order as per the directions above, in the value of $433.00, $418 + another $15 for not sending the $5 before, obviously unnecessary since he did not quote it in the price.

The money order arrived October 21st. Ken's site says to give 2-4 weeks before he sends his products.

Judging by this timeframe, I should have received my shipment about 5 weeks later, at most...November 25th, which happened to be Thanksgiving holiday time.

November 25th, 2005 Fifth e-mail, 1st after sending my money order.

Hey Ken,

I am letting you know that I am moving to a new
address:

[addy removed]

If you haven't sent my order yet, please use the above
address. The details of the orginal order are below
so you don't have to go searching.

I hope all is well with you.

Josh

I should say that I figured he was busy, and I thought he might e-mail back with a "haven't sent it...thanks for the new address" or something else. Nothing happened.

Two weeks later, December 10th, 2005 6th e-mail, 2nd after sending my money order, I sent another e-mail.

Hey Ken,

I am writing to check the status on my order of 2
silver terminators.

My records show the money order arriving October 21st.
I have yet to receive the shipment.

I sent an e-mail late in November to update my
shipping address to:

[addy removed]

I have moved, and I thought that might be the problem.

Thank you,

Josh Lamey

On December 15th, 2005, I got mixed up with how many e-mails I had sent Ken, and labelled it the 4th re-send, as you'll see below, but it was only the 3rd. If you're counting, you can see we're less than a week away from 2 whole months since he received my money.

December 15th, 2005 Seventh e-mail, 3rd after Ken received my money.

Thinking there could've been e-mail problems, I decided to e-mail Mr. Adachi at his allvantage.com address.

Hey Ken,

My name is Josh Lamey from South Carolina. This is
the fifth time I am writing to check the status on my
order of 2 silver terminators. My first four were to

I have yet to receive the shipment; it is now more

I have left you a voicemail explaining more and giving
my cell phone number.

I hope to get this resolved soon, as I am getting more
than anxious about a transaction in excess of $400 not
being filled, the time frame from payment until now
nearing 3 months, and numerous (this is the 6th)
attempts being made to figure out the status...all
getting no reply.

Thank you,

Josh Lamey

January 17th, 2006 Mr. Adachi called me back. We talked 24 minutes about how he had problems with the box size on the Terminators changing, and it taking a while longer, as well as upcoming changes to his site, and about how he wants to give as much attention to his products as possible, etc. He specifically told me, "You and four others are top priority on my list....I will ship your order in a few days....I can understand your being upset, and for your patience I want to offer you something for free." I told him I wanted to get some info about the Joe Cell...he told me he would send a video about the Joe Cell as well as a book.

February 15th, 2006 I decided that I had been jipped, yet another time, and I wanted to KNOW what had happened. Obviously, Ken Adachi, at this point, is a liar. From his mouth, I was told the products would ship out in "a few days," and here it was almost a whole month later. I wanted answers. I decided to write him.

February 15th, 2005 9th e-mail, 6th after Mr. Adachi had received my money, almost 4 months later.

Ken,

This is Josh Lamey, from South Carolina.

You have me between a rock and a hard place, sir.

I ordered 2 silver terminators, and you got your money
on October 27th of LAST YEAR.

Then, finally, you got around to calling me and
telling me on January 17th that you would send them
out "in a few days," promising to send me something
else for free as some sort of "reward" for waiting so
long.

It is now almost a WHOLE MONTH afterwards, and I
*still* do not have my products.

My patience is wearing *very thin* here Mr. Adachi.

On the 27th of this month, you will have had my money
for FOUR (4) months, and I will have had NO product.

It would be very different if this was a $25 walkman,
but this order is close to $500. Using your business
model, you technically don't have to provide ANYTHING
since every money transaction coming in is a donation.
So, the whole thing rests on trust/belief that you
will actually return a product for a donation.

My trust/belief in you and your "operation" is also
very quickly running thin.

I am *very tired* of waiting. I feel very "put off"
and highly-unappreciated, as well as lied to when I
was told on January 17th that "your order will go out
in a few days," leaving me to believe I'd *already
have* my 2 silver terminators and the extra Joe Cell
info you promised...since your site so easily claims
it might be 2-3 weeks.

Please hurry up.

Sincerely,

Josh Lamey

more is coming soon...it gets even more exciting.
